Bathed In Blue Distance (recorded 23 April 2016 — 14 May 2016)
Our thirteenth album overall, and another remix project! This goes way in the past for some old XR1300 and Rural Citizens Band songs. The numbers after songs 1 and 13 are there because I originally wanted this to be an EP of remixes of The Queer Girls Adventure Club songs from the last album (Kind of like the Disquisitions Upon Fucking lp). I also originally had a remix of Futa Frot Dub instead of Yuri Trib Dub, and I thought it was too many songs using the word "cock" and didn't want to look obsessed.
The title comes from the William S. Burroughs novel The Ticket That Exploded. Basically I skimmed through and found a 3 word title that looked and sounded nice. So I used it. Not sure of the context, not that any of Burroughs pre-80s work makes much sense anyway.
